		<description>Speaking of &quot;Cold War&quot; mentality these repeated denials, often using the same words, is turning into this era&#039;s &quot;Big Lie&quot;.  The Chinese Premier told the German Chancellor two years ago that they would do something about Chinese hacking activity yet they did not. 

Marcus Ranum argues somewhat naively that because China will execute anyone caught hacking into their own systems that the teenagers in China have nothing to do but hack into NASA, the White House, and other governments. All good fun.</description>
